Greetings! Thank you for your interest in signing up for the Fall Forum and Board Meeting in Newport, Rhode Island!

Please complete a separate form for each attendee, guest or companion.

Registration is a two-step process.
Step 1: Fill out the Registration Form and Submit.

Step 2: *** Pay for your selected options in the ADS Webstore by clicking on the corresponding buttons for what you signed up for.

Once you click on the Submit Button below, your information will be saved to our Fall Forum database.

You do not need to print this form out to email or snail mail to the American Daffodil Society (ADS).

However, print this form for your own records before clicking the Submit Button!

Early Bird = Paid (or mailed check postmarked) on or before September 15

Regular=Paid (or mailed check postmarked) after September 15

Note: October 4 is the cut-off date for all registrations.

Attendees are encouraged to pay on the ADS Webstore. If paying by check, make it payable to the American Daffodil Society with registrant name on the Memo line of the check, then mail the check to

Fall Forum Registration (Full Registration includes Fri Dinner, Sat Lunch and Dinner)
Judges' Refresher Course (all are welcome to attend; judges requesting credit register and pay $5 fee; free for all others)
Optional Meal Friday Night Buffet Dinner and Speaker Only ($95 plus Tax, Gratuity and Service Fee) Total $120
Optional Meal Saturday Lunch and Speaker Only ($58 plus Tax, Gratuity and Service Fee) Total $75
Optional Meal Saturday Night Clambake and Speaker Only ($125 plus Tax, Gratuity and Service Fee) Total $165
Optional Tour Sunday Lunch at La Forge and Newport Tour - If not enough people sign up, money will be refunded.
*** Become an ADS Supporter for this Special Event! *** If you would like to make an optional additional donation to the 2022 Fall Forum, please use the "2022 Fall Forum Donation ($1.00 Increments)" Button in the webstore and write-in that it is for the 2022 Fall Forum or your specific earmark request. You can also make a comment in the comment box above (after the address field). Thank you!
