Please complete a separate form for each attendee. Registration is a two-step process.

Step 2: Pay for your selected options in the ADS Webstore or via check (directions below).

The 2024 ADS Convention Registration Fee includes:

  • Thursday evening dinner, annual membership meeting, and awards show presentation
  • Friday entry to programs, tours, lunch, and evening dinner
  • Saturday entry to programs, tours, boxed lunch, and dinner
  • Optional Sunday tour
Registration Options:

1. Early Bird = Paid (or mailed check postmarked) on or before March 1 ($390)

2. Regular=Paid (or mailed check postmarked) after March 1 ($425)

*** NOTE: March 26 is the cut-off date for all registrations. There will be no on-site registrations. ***

Payment for Spring Convention Registration:
Do you plan to attend the optional tour during Judging to The Air and Space Museum ($30)
Do you plan to attend the optional ‘Riverside on the Potomac’ Tour on Sunday, April 14 from 10:30am - 2:00PM? Lunch and transportation will be provided ($0).
Do you plan to attend the ADS Judges' Refresher Course and receive credit($5)? All are welcome to attend, but will not receive credit without payment.

Once submitted, pay for your registration online or via check. Please pay for all of your selections. You should keep this tab open to reference your selections.

Once you click on the Submit Button below, your information will be saved to our Spring Convention database.
