More than 1.5 million people visit the Zoo annually. The Zoo features more than 500 animal and 3,000 plant species, making it one of the largest Zoo collections in the country. Working with a fraction of the total Zoo budget, the Botanical Garden offers outstanding plant displays in a unique blend of gardens and landscapes, designed for beauty but also geared toward education. Deb leads many of the educational programs at the Zoo’s garden, especially those for children. The Cincinnati Zoo was the venue for the South Western Ohio Daffodil Society Show for many years, with Deb as strong supporter and ally.
